Is this an official appraisal?
No. It is a market assessment and a consultancy check. A registered appraiser and a bank appraisal are a different process. If your bank requires an appraisal, it orders one itself.
Do you find properties for us?
Not as part of this check. We check properties you bring. If you want us to search for you, that is purchase support, a different service.
What if I do not have all the documents?
We start with a quick screening of the listing. You can ask the seller or the agency for the documents, and we will tell you exactly what to request.
Which areas do you cover?
Porto and its surroundings: Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos and Maia included.
How do I receive the report?
By email, as a PDF. The report links to every source we checked.
I am a company not registered in Portugal. What about VAT?
For a company not registered in Portugal, the invoice is issued without Portuguese VAT.
