Ola Labunets (NIF: 299225909), registered as a sole trader (Empresário em Nome Individual - ENI) in Portugal, strictly complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Collection & Use:

Depending on which service you use, we collect:

  • Basic contact details (name, email, phone, message): on the general contact form and every other form.
  • Financial data: on the mortgage eligibility form (income, savings, estimated purchase price) and the valuation form.
  • Insurance-related data: the types of insurance requested, and dates of birth of you and up to 10 family members on the health-insurance form. Selecting an insurance type and providing ages does not generally constitute "health data" under data-protection law, but we treat it as sensitive.
  • Documents and files you upload: on the valuation, inspection, and consultation forms (e.g. floor plans, energy certificates).
  • Information about a third party: the Due Diligence product searches and processes information about a company or individual who is not our customer and has not directly consented, based on details provided by the customer who ordered the report, using public registries and open sources.
  • Marketplace data: property address, phone number (if you consented to public display), listing photos and video.
  • Payment data: payments are processed via Stripe; card details never reach PortoPro's own servers.
  • Usage/analytics data: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only after your explicit consent in the cookie banner (see Section 4).

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide real estate management and investment services. It is not shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except the service providers listed in Section 5 below.

2. Data Retention:

Inquiry data is kept in our secure systems for ongoing relationship management and legal/accounting purposes, and is not currently deleted automatically. You may request full deletion of your data at any time (see Section 3), and we will act on the request as soon as possible.

3. Your Rights (GDPR):

You have the full right at any time to request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your personal data (Right to be forgotten). Requests can be sent directly to [email protected]. You may also contact Portugal's data protection authority (CNPD - Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) at any time.

4. Cookies:

The site uses essential operational cookies required to run it. In addition, and only after you accept the cookie banner, the site loads analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, for session recording/heatmaps) to understand and improve site usage. You may withdraw this consent at any time via the banner, after which these tools will not load at all.

5. Sub-Processors & International Data Transfers:

To operate the site we rely on the following external service providers, some located outside the EU: Cloudflare (hosting/infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics, maps), and Microsoft (analytics). Each provider is bound by data processing agreements (DPAs) and lawful transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by the GDPR.

6. Israeli Residents: Privacy Protection Law Amendment 13:

With respect to Israeli residents, we act in accordance with the relevant obligations under Amendment 13 to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, including appropriate data security and handling of security incidents as required by law.
